Managing Your Editing Your Icons With Icon Editor And Icon Manager

First of all you should be aware that there are three ways that you can go about using your icon manager for you to be able to edit your icons using the icon editor. The first way that you can go about this is by altering your preferences in the area of administration so that all the future articles will have some kind of a setting. Secondly, it will be very crucial for you to have the basic know how remove the icons from the articles which have already existing, and finally, you should have a template which will override the configuration of your global settings. As a
result changing the preferences that you will seek will have no effect.
You well require an icon editor for you to be able to remove default icons on all the new icons that will be used in the future and on the pages at the front. For you to be able to achieve this you will need to log on your administration area and select content on the menu. After that, select icon manager, and then click on parameter which is situated at upper right side. If you happen to select hide on the icon button on the text that is meant to represent the icon will appear.
In the event that you will want to remove both the icon and the text then you will have to select the option which is labeled hide. This button is situated next to each icon. This will apply for any or all the three options. These options are, print icons, PDF icons and mail icons as soon as you are done click save to apply the changes. If you will want to edit an icon from an article which is already in existence, you will have to do it manually. For this to be done, you will have to go to the content menu and select on article manager. Next you have to select the icon that you want to edit.
Once you have made your selection you should open it by clicking then select the advanced option on the parameters which is located on the right. Once the setting have been set to default settings, changes can be done as per the above instructions then you click save to activate the current settings.
