About ArtIcons Pro Ver. 3.21

ArtIcons is a utility to create, edit or otherwise modify icons on your computer. It is setup much as Microsoft's "Paint" program that is included with Windows. Art Icons, however, is much more powerful than "Paint" is or ever will be.
ArtIcons will work with many common icon formats, and will also allow a user to create an icon from scratch, or import any variety of picture formats to be used as an icon. Various sizes can be chosen, and there is a preview in the lower corner so you always have an idea as to what the finished icon will appear as.
If you have a need to identify special types of files, or wish to change an icon so that it is more related to the program, or to avoid confusion, this is the program you need. Not being an artist, I was "blown away" at the power this program contains, and could never use it to its full potential. Using it made me wish that I were a better artist.
